Investors
If you own a primary home and are looking to purchase one or one hundred more properties, we have a mortgage program to assist. It will not require any tax returns or income documentation from you. Instead, it does typically require good to excellent credit and at least 20% down payment. We will then review the projected cashflow from the property to see what rental income it can generate. Essentially, underwriting is looking to see that the rent collected from a tenant would be enough to cover your monthly mortgage payments. This program is ideal for investors who have funds to deply to purchase another property, but may not show income or have a complicated situation where their tax returns would not work for a traditional loan. Instead, using the described methodology, we can help you purchase your next investment property.
Primary Residence
We also have options to purchase a primary residence with no income verification. A larger down payment is required and traditionally, stronger credit is needed, and with no tax returns or income documentation, there is a viable option to purchase a home.
